Me                   : Good afternoon, Sir. Could you please explain the problem  then how do the earphones doesn’t work good?

Customer         : I tried these earphones with my smartphone to function properly, but after I tried earphones rather than my Oppo smart phone, this earphone didn't work properly,

Me                   : did you bring a smart oppo phone?

Costumer         : yes I brought it, this

Me                   : I know the reason, because your Oppo smartphone uses a hard case that

interrupts the earphone audio cable to your Oppo audio jack

Costumer         : yes like that

me                   : okay is there more we can help?

Costumer         : no thanks

me : it's okay, all okay. just a small problem

coworker: What is the problem?

me: only the customer uses the cellphone case so that the audio cable is interrupted

coworker : preferably when we sell the sales just tell the customer to consider the cellphone case when using wired earphones
